About

Kanaal Systems started as a folder of shell scripts for a handful of personal servers and slowly turned into a small practice: help people run their own services without renting somebody else's account.

We work on Debian and Arch hosts, keep configuration in version control, and prefer a boring solution that we can debug at 3 a.m. over a clever one that needs a dashboard. Nothing on this site needs JavaScript, tracking, or a cookie banner.

What we do not do

• No customer data hosting — we keep our own services, not other people's.
• No analytics, no advertising, no third-party embeds.
• No reselling. If we cannot operate it ourselves, we say so.
